TRAM,
33 year-old female who underwent bilateral reduction mammoplasty was found to have an incidental Left breast Ductal Carcinoma on the pathology specimen. Her pre-operative mammogram was negative. 3 months later, patient underwent a Left breast skin and nipple sparing mastectomy with sentinel lymph node biopsy. Immediate reconstruction of the Left breast was performed using a Transverse Rectus Abdominus Myocutaneous Flap (TRAM Flap). Placement of a Left breast Mentor 100cc moderate profile silicone gel implant was later performed with free fat transfer to the subclavian hollow area.
